Frequently asked questions

Is GuestAccess a wedding RSVP website?

No. It does not send invitations or host a wedding website. It keeps your guest list and runs check-in on the day. Guest request forms, where guests put their own names down, are part of the Pro subscription and of the free trial, not of the one-time unlock.

How much does it cost for one wedding?

Building the guest list is free. Choose “A private event” when you sign up: check-in is free for two days, then a one-time EUR 9.99 opens it for your wedding, on every day of it. A wedding weekend is one payment. No subscription unless you choose one.

Can our ushers or the venue staff check guests in?

Yes. Send them the check-in link and its 4-digit PIN. They open it in their browser, without an account, and see only the check-in screen.

Can we keep day guests and evening guests apart?

Yes. Make them two guest types, each with its own colour at check-in. The day and the evening can also be two blocks of one event.

What if there is no signal at the venue?

Once the list is on the phone, check-in keeps working offline and syncs when the phone is back online.

Do guests need a QR code or an app?

No. Your ushers find each guest by name. Your guests have nothing to download and nothing to print.
