Parties & private events
The guest list for your party, checked off at the door.
Everyone on one list, plus-ones included. A friend checks guests in on their own phone.
Who is coming, and who is already here
From an empty list to a full room
Five steps. Each one plays when you scroll to it.
- Step 1
Create your event
A name, a date, a place and the guest types you want to tell apart.
- Step 2
Add guests and plus-ones
Type names or paste a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets. A plus-one counts as two.
- Step 3Pro
Let guests request a spot
Share a request link: guests put their own names down, and you approve them onto the list.
In Pro and the free trial, not in the one-time unlock.
- Step 4
Hand the door to a friend
Send the check-in link with its 4-digit PIN. They open it in their browser: no account, no app.
- Step 5
Check guests in at the door
Search a name and tap. Every phone at the door shows the same count, also without signal.
Priced for one event
The guest list is free. The door is EUR 9.99, once.

Frequently asked questions
How much does GuestAccess cost for one party?
Building the guest list is free. Choose “A private event” when you sign up: check-in is free for two days, then a one-time EUR 9.99 opens it for that event, on every day of it. No subscription unless you choose one.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Whoever is at the door finds your guests by name. Your helpers open the check-in link in their phone's browser and type the PIN.
Can more than one person check guests in?
Yes. Send the same link and PIN to everyone at the door. Every phone shows the same list and the same count.
What if the signal is bad at the venue?
Once the list is on the phone, check-in keeps working offline and syncs when the phone is back online.
How do plus-ones work?
A guest with a plus-one counts as two. Check in the whole party at once, or one now and one later: the row shows 1 of 2 until both are in.
Can guests put their own names down?
Yes, with a guest request form: you approve each request onto the list. Request forms are part of the Pro subscription and of the free trial, not of the one-time unlock.
When should I pay?
Whenever you are ready. The unlock opens the door from two weeks before your event until three days after it, so paying early costs you no days.
Put your guest list on your phone, not on a clipboard.
